We’ve designed our bookkeeping services plans to be affordable and tailored to your needs. We do this by using QuickBooks Online, a cloud-based accounting software program. It allows us to review and categorize your transactions anytime, anywhere. We only request support for transactions we need assistance in categorizing. Most of the time it’s pretty straight forward.
Since it’s cloud based you also have access anytime, anywhere, so you have the information you need to make better business decisions.

Our plans are quite affordable, when you consider the cost of an in-house bookkeeper. After doing some research, we found the average cost of an in-house bookkeeper is roughly $42,000 to $46,000 per year. (This is based on data we found from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, Salary.com, Payscale, and Indeed.) When you break it down, that’s $3,500 to $3,830 per month, or an average of $20 to $22 per hour. Not to mention the additional cost for interviews, testing, training, employee benefits, and payroll taxes.
When you think of it, outsourced bookkeeping is a great alternative to the mounting cost of an in-house bookkeeper. After going through various pricing tiers from multiple different bookkeeping service providers, we found the average cost of an outsourced bookkeeping services was anywhere from $500 to $2,500. With the low end comprised of a few hours of work per month, to the high end that required many hours due to higher volumes of complex transactions.
